DEPOSIT AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION:
ACCEPTED American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, Eurocard, Japanese Credit Bureau Credit Card, MasterCard (not prepaid), Visa (not prepaid). Debit card not accepted unless otherwise stated below. A deposit amount of GBP 800 will be held against your credit card for the duration of the rental. Your deposit is a guarantee held in the event of damage/theft of the vehicle. This will be released if there is no theft or damage during the rental period. Please note that this does not represent your total excess liability which can be found in the Damage Waiver Liability section. Credit card(s) must be valid for up to 6 months after the rental has ended. NOT ACCEPTED: No other payment types will be accepted. A valid credit card in the first name and surname (no abbreviations) of the lead driver must be presented at the rental desk in order to pre-authorise/charge a deposit. The credit card(s) must be embossed and a PIN number may be required. In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card, there is a lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card or the credit card is not in the lead driver's name, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed.

Driver's age
25 to 99 years.
Young driver's age: 21 to 24 years. Charge 38 GBP per day. Includes 20% tax
Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to hire a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
Territorial restrictions:
Commercial vehicles, Passenger vehicles in P***, L***, X*** categories, MPV (8+ seats) and minibuses are not allowed to go overseas or abroad.
The vehicle selection can restrict travel to certain countries. For a description of these restrictions on admission, the countries are divided into three zones.
Zone 1: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain and Vatican
Zone 2: Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia
Zone 3: All countries which are not in zone 1 or 2.
Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mini are only allowed to enter Zone 1 countries (except of above mentioned car groups).
Entry into any country in zone 3 is not permitted.
The transport of the vehicle by ferry is permitted in compliance with the above-mentioned entry restrictions. Damage to the vehicle during the crossing will be covered according to the protection booked in the rental contract, except damages due to external effects like heavy seas or sinking.
In case of offence against cross border and territorial restrictions all insurances lose their validity.
A Continental Breakdown Charge applies for all rentals outside UK (mandatory):
-1-10 day rental, charge of 57.96-70.78 GBP per rental
-11-20 day rental, charge of 73.33-96.52 GBP per rental
-21-30 day rental, charge of 99.08-122.27 GBP per rental
